The Circle was founded over 60 years ago. We publish a quartely journal "BELGAPOST", and produce occasional monographs and studies by members. We have a very large specialist library and subscribe to a number of Belgian philatelic journals. Our membership includes anyone with an interest in Belgian philately at any level; we aim to preserve and expand their interests, knowledge and enjoyment. We also aim to preserve the information researched and incorporated into our members' collections in a permanent record for future generations of researchers and collectors. | ||
