| Description | The use of British Indian Stamps I have made this site to show some of the many aspects of collecting British India, to display some of the stamps, and as a wantlist to trade some of the stamps I am missing. I collect used stamps only. I have split the British Indian stamps into sections. In Convention States you will find Chamba, Faridkot, Gwalior, Jhind, Nabha and Patiala state. Futher down the page you can see the stamps overprinted for use in Bahrain, British East Africa, British Somaliland, Burma, Kuwait, Muscat, Pakistan, Straits Settlement and Zanzibar and after that China Expeditionary Force, Indian Expeditionary Force and Specimens with odds and ends.
